try this viral content strategy

Hi everyone,

This is Cameron from The Growth Archive

If you forgot, I curate real-world B2B marketing hacks you can immediately steal for your business every week.

Today, Iā€™ve added 2 real-world marketing hacks to The Growth Archive that you can use to accelerate your B2Bā€™s growth.

1/ šŸ“½ļø My Favorite Content Strategy for ā€˜Visualā€™ Agencies

Lera runs a YouTube Shorts agency called Clipwing, and I hadnā€™t heard of it until one day. It started randomly popping up in my feed because I follow Greg Isenbergā€™s YouTube show.

Leraā€™s primary strategy? She turns popular creators' YouTube videos into Shorts, adding a side-by-side visual with the Clipwing watermark.

Itā€™s like what Nick Buzz did with his $100k MRR design agency and ā€˜public roasts,ā€™ but instead of roasting, sheā€™s remixing.

Whenever Greg or another big creator drops a new video, Lera quotes it with a side-by-side comparison showing the original video next to her revamped Shorts version.

Why It Works:
The visuals are top-notch, and the animations are crazy good, better than what you usually see scrolling through YouTube Shorts. And because sheā€™s tapping into these creatorsā€™ follower bases, her work gets amplified even more.

Another move Iā€™ve recently seen from Lera is taking existing clips and upgrading the animations, which was sparked by a Twitter comment.

If Gregā€™s followers love Leraā€™s work, they start tagging Lera under other popular business creatorsā€™ tweets, and it just forms an automated word-of-mouth system, like what happened with Shaan Puri here.

Lera then took on the challenge of remixing this YouTube Short, and once again, the tweet exploded, with everyone enjoying the new version more.

Action:
Hereā€™s an example of how you can steal this strategy for a Facebook ad agency:

  1. Pick a Creator: Grab a popular Twitter creator and mock up an ad campaign based on their brand or a recent FB ad theyā€™ve run. The FB ad library could be your friend here.

  2. Level Up the Visuals: Do something like what Adfolio does here to add slick visual explainers. Make it clear how your version is a serious upgrade.

  3. Share the Glow-Up: Post your before-and-after on Twitter, quote rt the creator, and let your engagement roll in from their followers and yours.

  4. Keep It Rolling: Keep cranking these visuals out consistently. Spend much time on it, and youā€™ll start getting that viral engagement loop Leraā€™s created.

2/šŸ“ˆ Re-target Anonymous Website Visitors

Ever wonder whoā€™s visiting your site after clicking on an ad, Twitter post, or Reddit link? Turn wasted anonymous visitors into potential leads with a few simple steps.

1/ Sign up to rb2b.com.

2/ Install the pixel on your website.

The pixel will then automatically generate LinkedIn profiles and business emails of your site visitors, specifically those who are anonymous or not logged in straight to a dedicated Slack channel.

3/ Every day, collect this info and upload it to your Smartlead and Dripify campaigns to send outreach messages on email and LinkedIn.

4/ Script Angle:

Subject Line: Hey ( first name), were you on my site earlier?
